ENHANCING PUBLIC FACILITY PLANNING WITH SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT VIEWPOINTS: A CASE STUDY IN THE CITY OF TRACY, CALIFORNIA
This professional report provides an in-depth review of Public Facilities Master Planning as a part of the Infrastructure Master Plans being conducted at the local government level in the United States from sustainability viewpoints: environmental, social, and fiscal. The report seeks to examine the current public facility planning processes through the case study of the City of Tracy in California and identify the factors and challenges affecting sustainability in public facility planning through a comprehensive literature review.
