It includes variety profile and origins, fruit description, tree characteristics, sports, cultural practices, information on disease susceptibility and miscellaneous comments. Cultivars profiled: Braeburn, Fuji, Gala and Ginger Gold. Also included is New York’s Food and Life Sciences Bulletin, number 150, 1997, Apple Facts: Varieties of Commercial Interest: ‘Jonagold.’
