Abstract

In today’s fast-changing business landscape, organizational transformation is a necessity for sustaining competitive advantage. However, balancing cost efficiency with employee well-being remains a critical challenge for executives. This research explores how executives can integrate empathy into strategic decision-making, even in fast-paced and transformation environments.
