The 1997 Cortland, Chemung, Tompkins, Tioga, and Schuyler County Integrated Pest Management/Integrated Crop Management (CCTTS IPM/ICM) program was a cooperative effort amongst the county Soil and Water Conservation Districts (SWCD), the Central New York Crop Management Association (CNYCMA), and Cornell Cooperative Extension.
