Earlier this month, College of Veterinary Medicine Dean Michael I. Kotlikoff cut the ribbon on the new sterilizer, which will ultimately help animals in need, including animals from low-income families as well as animals from local shelters, feral cats, barn cats, and dogs and cats from rescue groups.
