Abstract

This seminar contains the most up to date knowledge of laryngeal paralysis illustrated by using a case managed in the hospital when an 11-year-old castrated Labrador Retriever was presented to Cornell Soft Tissue Surgery Service for an assessment of stridor and increasing exercise intolerance. This case presentation is important for any clinician who wants to learn about this disease process as well as explore the steps required to reach a diagnosis and manage a patient with laryngeal paralysis.
