This news item is about: Through an expanded collaboration with Ithaca's Shelter Outreach Services (SOS), Cornell Universitys College of Veterinary Medicine will assist in providing high quality, high volume spay/neuter services to animals in need in the region. The Finger Lakes SPCA of Central New York also partners with Shelter Outreach Services (SOS) to provide this much needed service.
