This paper describes a case of multifactorial urinary incontinence in a two year old spayed female dog. Differential diagnoses and pathophysiology of several common causes of canine incontinence are covered. A review of normal micturition is included, as well as work up and treatment of urethral sphincter mechanism incompetence and ectopic ureters.
