This report directly reflects our approved plan of work. As indicated in our approved plan, all program descriptions were framed as ongoing major programs. We have not, therefore, separated results into timeframe categories (short-term, near-term, long-term). Data and narrative documentation were collected for the indicators included in our approved plan of work and supplement. The period covered in this report is October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2000.
