Abstract

In order to best execute company-wide initiatives by leveraging total rewards policy, decentralized manufacturing organizations should place an emphasis on transparency, equity, non-financial, and, crucially, personalized rewards. Across an organization with diverse business unit needs, accomplishing these goals can be achieved by identifying key metrics to evaluate business unit performance, alongside employee-specific attributes, which will be essential for seeking adoption of new rewards initiatives across a diverse business and geographical landscape.
