Abstract

To optimize the support behind leadership pipelines, a CAHRS partner is seeking to differentiate effective processes and support necessary for transitioning employees into leadership roles vs. ongoing developmental leadership strategies. This partner has comprehensive leadership analytical frameworks but hopes to better understand how to allocate resources to empower strong senior leaders.
