Cornell University Library's Metadata Working Group (MD-WG) was formed in mid-2001 as an open forum for all staff to discuss metadata issues facing the library. It was led by a steering committee. This report documents the activities, progress, and achievements of the steering committee and the MD-WG during their first three years.
