Abstract

In today’s business world, 52% of organizations report that “unlocking the potential of blurring human and technology boundaries [is] very or critically important” to their strategy for growth and workforce resilience. As Generative AI continues to excel in transactional tasks, its application in more human-centric HR functions, such as career development and coaching, raises questions of trust, adoption, and perceived value. This report advises organizations to measure employee comfort and readiness to inform responsible investment in softer HR areas, with the goal of identifying a “Goldilocks Zone” for GenAI, where technology enhances human connection and support, rather than diminishing it.
