Abstract

The five major objectives of this study were to: 1. Inventory the labor management practices in use on some New York dairy farms. 2. Provide information that farm employers and employees can use in comparing their situation with others. 3. Analyze the practices that are being used. 4. Identify labor problems confronting employers and employees. 5. Report on practices that have been used successfully.
