Abstract

Exposure fields for on-road sources with 1km resolution were calculated in the San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento, Fresno, and Los Angeles for 2000-2011. The exposure fields were analyzed with the BenMAP model created by the U.S. EPA to quantify the health benefits associated with the historical decreases in motor vehicle emissions over the past two decades.
