Abstract

Data provided is the raw data used to derive the results presented in the figures of the paper. The data is organized by the Figure number and consists of flow cytometric files generated by a BD FACSCAN flow cytometer and a tab-delimited file containing information (treatments etc) for each FACS file. Each figure also includes jpg files of the analyzed FACS data used to compile the figures. The jpgs were generated in FlowJo software, version 10. At the root level, there is a Prism file (PZF; GraphPad Prism for Mac, Version 7.0) used to generate the Figures and statistically analyze the data.
