Abstract

Pest Management in Food Handling Facilities. The first two segments of this guide highlight the pests of food facilities, provide insights about how they enter facilities, and the resources that maintain their populations once inside. In this final segment, learn about how pests are managed in food facilities, from making the site less attractive with resource removal, to keeping them out with exclusion and reducing numbers with population control tactics.
