Abstract

This data constitutes records in their raw form that describe visits and necropsies on bald eagles by veterinary professionals and pathologists at the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University. The raw data consists of eagles that had a Pb test with any result. The dataset omits eagles that were dead on arrival. The data was shared with the Cornell Wildlife Health Lab at Cornell University for the purpose of the regional “lead in bald eagle” project. Professionals at the source facility have given written permission for this data to be posted to this persistent eCommons repository alongside the other project data.

Description
All metadata in the possession of the Cornell have been documented in the readme file, but additional questions should be directed towards the source facility.
