FRB Newsletter Volume 2, Issue 07 — July 2021

Total FRB count: 610 (3 new)
Repeaters: 24 (0 new)
Host galaxies: 15 (0 new)

From the editors:

There have been a flurry of announcements of recent results in advance of the upcoming FRB2021 meeting, including both the detection of a sub-second periodicity in an extended burst detected by CHIME/FRB, and the non-detection of any (short, burst-to-burst) periodicity in over 1700 bursts from FRB121102 detected with FAST. The FRB field continues to expand in novel and unexpected ways! Meanwhile, we hope our readers are staying safe and healthy during these difficult times, wherever they are.
