Biography

Biographical Statement
Tom has just arrived at PAM for the Fall 2007 semester. Prior to joining Cornell University he was a Lecturer at the University of Chicago in the department of economics between 2003-2007. Prior to beginning a Ph.D in 1998 he worked in various manufacturing positions in Canada, New York, and South Carolina.
