Activities
Mr.
Hollis has been active for many years in both the public and private sector, serving
in senior management positions in a number of organizations including the
University of Cincinnati Medical Center. Among his outside activities, he
served as president of a national professional association that lobbied the
federal government on health policy issues and served on a number of advisory
groups on a state, federal, and international level. For almost a decade he was
president of a private firm that developed and managed specialty outpatient
clinics and contract programs for hospitals in three states. Most recently, he
has been a partner in an investment banking firm that specializes in health
related and other professional services transactions. His work in this area has
involved consulting and M&A advisory work in 20 states and
