Current Research Activities
I currently am examining the potential for child healthcare services to be a portal to legal, public health and poverty programs as a means to improve long term health and safety for children at risk.  I am also working on projects that look at how patients' care choices and public policy jointly influence physician decisions about care.  I also am developing and testing a model framework to measure and explain disparities in the hospitals' investment in quality of care.
