Annual Conference for Veterinarians. Program (1909-2005)

Permanent URI for this collection

Since 1909, the College of Veterinary Medicine at Cornell University has hosted an Annual Conference for Veterinarians to provide continuing education for its graduates and other veterinarians in the State of New York.

The programs have included speaker presentations by faculty and other experts on various topics of interest to practitioners as well as hands-on laboratory sessions. Exhibits, placement services, and tours were often held along with social events, such as dinner dances, receptions, and fraternity activities for attendees and their spouses.

In 2008, this annual CE event merged with the annual meeting of the New York State Veterinary Medical Society (NYSVMS) and became known as the New York State Veterinary Conference.
